Overview

In this fun and hands on class you will learn how to make traditional Japanese Red miso from scratch.

During the class we will make Miso the traditional way, using organic soy beans, Koji culture and sea salt. You will also make a variety of delicious miso recipes and will enjoy a sit down meal including:

Grilled brown rice balls with spicy miso paste
Boiled vegetables with creamy miso dressing
Seasonal vegetable miso soup and more
Sweets (will be prepared for you before the class)
