Design-Made.

Event dates to be confirmed: September 2018

The debut edition of Design-Made. showcases an invited selection of contemporary furniture, lighting, object and design brands for Australian indoor / outdoor living. Design-Made. presents new collections from rising Australian design stars, exhibited alongside new and heritage brands that are taking the world by storm.

Discover the latest trends and be the first to see new release products. Visitors will meet the makers and creators, and have the opportunity to buy direct from producers and distributors.

Supported by artisanal food purveyors, organic wine makers and bars powered by their friends at Young Henrys.

The event aims to stimulate ‘design thinking’ by unmasking and demystifying the design process. By sparking informed and universal conversations about design in Australia, they can promote a better understanding of the true source of available products. This in turn aims to shift buyer-behaviour to support authentic process and original design.

Everything at Design-Made. will have a focus on originality, innovation, environmental sustainability along with economic and industry sustainability. New work by independent Australian designers, local and international design brands and regional artisanal makers will showcase furniture, lighting and objects alongside some of the biggest names across technology, interior and landscape design.
