Manly Stand Up Paddle School

Manly Stand Up Paddle School offers Stand Up Paddle coaching and tours within the spectacular North Harbour National Park. Take a short ferry ride from Sydney, one of the world's greatest cities and enjoy the tranquillity of the national park with city views.

Stand Up Paddle is easy family sport, not. Your accredited coaches focus on delivering you fun, safe and inclusive lessons, no matter what your level.

Tours depart from the magnificent Collins Beach, home of Manly's Little Penguin population. Some tours and lessons include lunch.

What better way to spend a day and gently strengthen and stretch those core muscles!

Discover Sydneys secret SUP spot After parking at the end of Stuart Street Collins Beach Manly walk five minutes down After parking at the end of Stuart Street, Collins Beach, Manly, walk five minutes down the easy gradient track to a Sydney's paddle paradise, Collins Beach.

At this beautiful unspoilt beach within the National Park enjoy your introduction lesson to Stand Up Paddle and a commentary on history and the penguin habitat.

In this hidden "Sydney Secret SUP Spot" you can experience a uniquely magical day.

Paddle from Collins Beach, Manly across Sydney Harbour to Store Beach and Quarantine Beach. In the distance for the experienced paddlers is Reef Beach. From here, walk up to Dobroyd Head to take in the spectacular views of Sydney Harbour.

During the journey, learn the history of the area and hopefully see some little penguins along the way!
