Buy your Family Funday Sunday tickets at CityRail ticket vending machines and station ticket offices, on board buses (excluding PrePay Only services and train replacement bus services), at Sydney Ferries ticket offices and on board selected Sydney Ferries services and at selected newsagents, 7-Elevens and convenience stores.

Explore Sydney and nearby regions with the Family Funday Sunday ticket on a weekend getaway. For a flat fare of $2.50 per person, you can travel into the city centre, head to Manly on a ferry, visit Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, or go for swim at Cronulla.

Your travelling group must be related by family and include at least one child and one adult. The tickets cover all-day travel on a Sunday around metropolitan and outer metropolitan Sydney, including Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, the Southern Highlands, Wollongong and Kiama.

The ticket also applies to private bus operators in the Sydney metropolitan area, travel on the CityRail network, State Transit buses, Metro Light Rail and Sydney and Newcastle ferries.

Family Funday Sunday tickets cannot be used on the tourist sightseeing buses, special event buses and private ferries such as the Manly Fast Ferry or Sydney Fast Ferry services. The ticket does not include entry to Taronga Zoo, Luna Park or other similar entertainment area.
