The Life and Times of Governor Arthur Phillip at Hambledon Cottage House Museum
The Life and Times of Governor Arthur Phillip is the featured exhibition at Hambledon Cottage from August to February 2015. It explores the fascinating impacts that this man, the first Governor of New South Wales, had on the developing colony before his demise in 1831.
The Lucas Gallery is the long room in Hambledon Cottage where aspects of Australian history are regularly displayed. Features of the display are a cabinet filled with artifacts, and a sound system so that you can see and also hear history.
