The Dextro Energy Triathlon - ITU World Championship Series was launched in 2009, replacing a one-off event and taking in signature cities around the world. The world's best triathletes race head-to-head around the globe, amid famous landmarks and in 2012 Sydney will once again host the opening round of the series.
The series brings together the world's best triathletes as they kick start their season and journey to London 2012.
