During the last week of May, The Blacktown City Festival offers an abundance of exciting events that are set to thrill families.
Opening with the My Lords and Ladies Medieval Fayre on 23 and 24 May at Nurragingy Reserve and concluding with the Streets Alive and Parade Day in the Blacktown central business district on Saturday 30 May.
This years Festival program includes Boot Camp, Zumba classes, carp fishing, special screening of Spy, Comedy Night, kids concerts featuring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Cinderella and Peter Pan, live big screen coverage of State of Origin, Heritage Tours and more.
Other events include Get Your Green On workshops and tours, art exhibitions, Reconciliation Concert, Kids in the Gym, Simultaneous Storytime, National Sorry Day, bingo and live performances on the Streets Alive Day when Blacktown is transformed into a colourful, cultural, festive spectacular.
The Blacktown City Festival is not to be missed.
