Local community festival, used to highlight the local artists, musicians and the stunning area of Sydney in which they live, helping to promote tourism for the villages and surrounding area.
Shelly Beach has a rocky shoreline with a rock pool for swimming. While they are not patrolled by lifeguards, it is a great option for parents with younger children.
The area is easily accessed by prams and people with disability. There is a large grassed area, barbecues for public use, and a fenced playground (with a liberty swing for children with disability). Across the road from the park is a kiosk and cafe.
The park and beach are popular locations for wedding ceremonies and wedding photography.
