Balmoral Beach Apartment is a fully furnished two bedroom, luxury beachfront apartment on The Esplanade at Balmoral Beach with water views of the harbour from your dining room. It sleeps four adults and one child with a queen bed, two single beds and an Ikea child's bed in the first floor unit.

You will be delighted with the features of the apartment including water views and remote control security garage. There is a working fire place and heaters for winter plus ceiling fans for summer.

This is the closest you can get to the beach for walking, swimming, boating, cafes, restaurants and transport to city and Taronga Zoo.

Come home to the comforts of a fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry and dishwasher. All gas, electricity and linen supplied, including extra towels for the beach and essential cleaning products and tea/coffee supplies.

Per Unit. Exit cleaning fee AUD36.00 per hour. Linen hire fee AUD38.50 per bed used. Refundable bond AUD1000.00. Full tariff payable one month prior to occupancy. Rent negotiable for longer stays. Minimum booking seven nights is also negotiable.
There are water views from the living area and both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size pillow top Sealy Postureoedic ensemble. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a child's size Ikea bed. Sleeps up to four adults plus one child.

If it's winter, you can light a fire and enjoy the atmosphere in this Art Deco apartment. Sealed oil heaters are also provided.

Eat out at local cafes or restaurants on your doorstep or eat in using the fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need.

A welcome basket of essential items is provided.
