Tizzana Winery Bed And Breakfast
Overview
Tizzana is a romantic getaway, with a sense of history, in one of Windsor district's most outstanding buildings (circa 1887). A National Trust listed building with a Mediterranean feel, it was built of local sandstone and set in a peaceful valley that overlooks a pond of water lilies.
Tizzana is a unique working winery and vineyard with a fascinating contribution to early Australian viticulture. The luxury rooms are comfortably appointed with many extras to make your stay a memorable one.
Tizzana is just 15 minutes from Windsor, nestled in a valley on the Hawkesbury River, overlooking a lake of waterlilies and in walking distance of historic churches, vineyards and olive grove. The region is surrounded by National Parks including the Greater Blue Mountains National Park and Wollemi wilderness.
The Putty Road, one of the major routes to the Upper Hunter Valley vineyards, is also close by.
