Ivy Bar - Sydney

The Ivy Bar and the Patio are on the first level of the fabulous inner city Ivy venue. This purpose-built bar is cool with intimate corners and room to dance. On the same level is Mad Cow, "a New York-style grill" with big booths, ornate birdcages and a yellow-and-white colour scheme.

This is one of Sydney’s most stylish spots to drink a cocktail. The centrepiece is the pool bar with its turquoise pool that glitters during the day with private cabanas or comfy lounges for reclining. Maybe take a seat on the little concrete island under a big yellow beach umbrella. Otherwise, prop up the bar and drink some great cocktails such as the Spaside Margarita or a Mojito Royale.
