La Vucciria - Paddington
Fully Licensed (no BYO)
Diners won't miss La Vucciria – standing proudly on Flinders Street with a red lacquer door marking its entrance. The restaurant's name, inspired by the old food market of Palermo, is the brainchild of young Sicilian chef Fabio Alacqua. His colourful, exciting menu changes weekly and is inspired by Sicilian flavours however he also draws on regional Italian cooking styles which showcase handmade pasta, fish and fresh vegetables. Get in early for ‘Aperitivo' where small plates of food accompany cocktails, wine and beer (served nightly from 5-7pm).
