Founded in 2014 and located in Sydney, Australia – just a few kilometres south of the city – Archie Rose Distilling Co. is Australia’s most highly awarded distillery. With conviction, they strive to re-define Australia’s rich tradition in distilling by producing a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, limited releases and spirits experiences.

The Archie Rose Bar is the perfect place to pull up a stool and enjoy our full range of spirits alongside a varied selection of other local and global spirits, craft beers, award-winning wines and food by local producers.

Attached to the Archie Rose Bar you’ll find their Cellar Door, conveniently stocked with the entire Archie Rose range of spirits and Bottled Cocktails. All are welcome to swing by and shop their core and limited-release makes to take home, share and savour.

Next door, their original distillery has been transformed into the dedicated home of their world-class Tailored Spirits Experiences. Book into a masterclass to learn the story behind our spirits and how they are made - to taste a selection of local and international makes, and discover how to create your own signature blends.
