The Austin Tourist Park is a family owned and operated business situated on 10 acres on the banks of the Peel River at Tamworth. They offer a unique experience for groups with plenty of room on their Riverside Sites to spread out, and have space to meet, greet and play.
The park is just seven minutes from the main street of Tamworth on the New England Highway (sometimes marked as Armidale Road). The majority of sites are well off the road making for a quiet stay.
Facilities include a swimming pool, a seven day reception with night bell for emergencies, coin operated laundry with washing machines and dryers, playground, and a dump point. Across the road is a Caltex Service station that offers basic groceries, as well as fuel and gas.
