Canberra is Australia's national capital city and centre of government. This striking inland city surrounded by farmland is 289 km south-west of Sydney. It's a great example of urban planning and landscape architecture, thanks to the visionary work of Chicago-born designer, Walter Burley Griffin.
There are plenty of things to see and do in Canberra.
