Campgrounds and Caravan Parks Accommodation in Sydney

There's nothing like getting back to basics with a sleeping bag and a warm mug of billy tea. But, if you thought you'd have to venture far out of Sydney to be a truly happy camper, you'd be wrong. Sydney's campgrounds and caravan parks offer a variety of amazing experiences to write home about.

Some of the quirkiest camping experiences don't even require you to bring a tent. At Roar and Snore in Mosman, at Sydney's Taronga Zoo, you'll stay in pre-erected safari tents which serve up some of the best harbour views in the city.

Camping and 'glamping' is also on offer in the middle of Sydney Harbour at Cockatoo Island, where you can pitch your own tent or book a pre-erected tent with everything set up for you.

You'll also find fantastic camping and caravanning at Wiseman's Ferry in Sydney's North, and in Narrabeen on Sydney's Northern Beaches, where punters are sandwiched between a coastal lake and a beautiful beach.

And don't forget to check out the great campgrounds and caravan parks in the outer Sydney suburbs of Dural, North Ryde and Parklea.
